Established in 1974, the club provides a structured player development pathway from youth soccer through SOCAL League, Pre-NPL, and National Premier League competition. Chelsea OC emphasizes technical development, qualified coaching, positive team culture, and long-term player growth in a competitive yet supportive environment.
